Declaration on the Employment of a Foreign National

Effective January 29, 2022, for matters not covered by the regulations on seasonal work permits, declarations authorizing the employment of a foreign national may be used within a 24-month period for citizens of the following five countries: Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Family and Social Policy dated October 25, 2022, amending the regulation on determining the cases in which a work permit for a foreign national is issued regardless of the specific conditions for issuing work permits to foreign nationals, it will no longer be possible to hire Russian citizens under simplified procedures.
