Business Activities

Every foreign national has the right to establish and conduct a business, regardless of their citizenship or the documents authorizing their stay in Poland, in the form of:

  • limited liability companies;
  • a corporation;
  • a limited partnership;
  • a limited joint-stock partnership.

Important!

A foreign national does not need to have a right of residence in Poland to engage in the aforementioned business activities. Their physical presence in Poland is not required. If permitted by law, a foreign national may, for example, register a company through a representative or online.

By conducting business activities, a foreign national may legalize their stay by obtaining a visa or a temporary residence permit.
