In Poland Ukrainian citizens may apply for the following types of visas:
- visa humanitarian labeled Poland.Business Harbour for those who have previously been issued a visa with this designation;
- a visa to work as a international truck drivers;
- a visa to work as a the pilot of a civil aircraft or another crew member.
Citizens of Belarus may apply for the following types of visas:
- visa humanitarian for those who have previously been issued a visa with this designation;
- visa humanitarian, including a visa marked Poland.Business Harbour for those who have previously been issued a visa with this designation;
- a visa to work as a international truck drivers.
- Visas issued in Poland are national visas. The maximum validity period for this visa is 1 year. It is not possible to apply for a Schengen visa in Poland.
- Applications may be submitted by March 31, 2023, at any of the three official application centers in Warsaw, Poznań, or Lublin.
- In Poland, the Minister of Foreign Affairs is the competent authority responsible for issuing or denying visas.
- It is not possible to submit a visa application at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Applications may only be submitted in person; in the case of minors, the application must be submitted by their parents or legal guardians.
- In the case of a national visa to work as an international truck driver, the visa application may be submitted by a person authorized by the applicant who works for the same company as the applicant.
